Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

These General Terms & Conditions are applied to the commercial relationship between the customer and Equilibra at the time of a valid order being placed. Any alteration, supplement or other terms of trade require written confirmation and must have been agreed prior to the order being placed. 2. Equilibra must validate payment submitted by the customer before any order can be accepted. Once these details are validated Equilibra will confirm that the order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to the address supplied by the customer. Acceptance of the order constitutes a legally binding contract between the seller (Equilibra) and the customer. 3. Equilibra works in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, your personal data is retained in order to provide the services requested from us, but no sensitive data is retained or stored as we do not receive any of this information. It is submitted to WorldPay through 128 Bit Encryption on their Secure HTTPS Servers. 4. Payment is due at the time of placing the order. 5. Delivery of your Equilibra order will be made by reputable third-party carriers, to the delivery address given at the time of placing the order. Every effort will be made to deliver within the period specified for delivery. 6. All goods remain the property of Equilibra until paid for in full. Any goods received in error, found to be damaged upon receipt can of course be returned. We must be notified of any goods to be returned within 7 working days of delivery. Items ordered in error must be returned by the purchaser at their own cost and must be received back unopened as we require the goods returned in the same condition as they were sent. Any refund will be made in the same manner as the original order, less administrative and shipping costs. 7. Should any of these Terms & Conditions be held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms & Conditions shall not be affected. 8. If you have ordered a product that is not available for delivery to your country and have paid by credit card, then we shall cancel the order before shipping and refund the total amount back to your card minus the administration charge of 4.5% which the credit card company subjects us to.9. Quinton Marine Plasma three month protocol is for one person use only and offers the individual substantial savings compared with purchasing Quinton Boxes separately. The Three month protocol includes either six isotonic and two hypertonic or five isotonic and three hypertonic as a way of rebalancing the internal Bioterrain. Purchasing for multiperson use to ‘save money’ is not allowed. You have the right to cancel any order within seven working days of receipt and without having to give a reason, subject to our Returns Policy – See Below. In this instance you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions and our Returns Policy before purchasing any goods.

Shipping And Handling Shipping of orders will be carried out normally within 3 working days. However, some items may need to be ordered in from time to time to replenish stock, in which case, please allow up to 28 days for delivery
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. However, as some products need to be ordered in, and some may be out of stock at the manufacturer’s due to demand, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges There is currently no VAT on items
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website nor by ourselves. In over 12 years of using WorldPay for online Credit Card payments, we have not had one problem whatsoever.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If any product is delivered damaged, please return it to us for a replacement. Providing our Energy Products remain undamaged in any way, they will remain active for a lifetime of use.

Cookies are used on this shopping part of the site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.

Returns Policy The cost of returning any goods, unless proven faulty, will be paid for by the customer. As some of the items are nutritional products and therefore perishable goods, refunds cannot be authorised on any of these items. Demand Switches – and certain Screening Materials – are not kept in stock and are ordered in specifically to suit individual orders, size and specification. Please check the information and specifications on Demand Switches to ensure that they are compatible with your country’s electricity supply and voltage system before ordering. Full details are provided on the website with electrical installation drawings and requirements for you to print out and check with your local electrical expert before purchase. If a Demand Switch or any other imported product is returned unused and unopened, then a full refund will be offered subject to condition of said product. ALL Detection Equipment must be returned unopened and unused for a full refund. This is to stop people from obtaining FREE radiation checks and then returning the product for refund, and/or charging to check out other people’s houses before returning the product as ‘unsuitable’! Screened Bed Canopies and all Grounding/Earthing Products are deemed to be Personal Use items, and as such cannot be returned once they have been opened and/or used. Refunds can only be offered where the product in question is returned unopened and unused and in its original state, packaging, and condition. Any product returned that has been opened or used, will not be liable for a refund. Personal Care products cannot be returned under any circumstances unless proven faulty. Any item ordered that is proven to be faulty will be replaced or refunded. When used upon the body, Equilibra’s ‘energy products’ work on our internal watery environment (and therefore affect our energy fields accordingly – see articles section on website for more information) and this can help to release mental and emotional blockages (memories) that may have been stored there over time. It is imperative that you understand this before ordering energy products for personal use. All relevant information is provided on the website for your information to help you understand and determine whether the product is right for you, or not, to use in personal growth. GROUNDING/EARTHING PRODUCTS: All our Grounding/Earthing Product Solutions for home, office, car, travel & water filters are personal use items and cannot be returned once opened or fitted and used, unless proven faulty. Our Antimicrobial Grounding Bed Pads, Bed Sheets and Cocoon Sleeping Bags are also personal use items and once opened, or used – slept on or in – cannot be returned for obvious reasons of hygiene! REPLACEMENT EARTHING/GROUNDING LEADS and size of stud/snap connections for Barefoot (and all) Earthing/Grounding Products should be checked out clearly by the customer before purchase. Pictures of the types of connections and their Stud Sizes for these products are on the website to enable people to order the correct Connection Kit. If the picture of the Connection Stud does not look like the connection stud you have on your product, then do not purchase it. IF YOU ARE UNSURE THEN PLEASE RING FOR ADVICE. However, in the advent of an incorrect order being placed, we will accept a return of the Connection Kit with return shipment paid by the customer, and refund payment less the Credit Card charges we incur by WorldPay and our postage costs. However, wherever possible we will try and supply a suitable replacement connection kit after further consultation. Please ensure you understand how the properties and quality of water can affect health and wellbeing before ordering Equilibra’s energy products for personal use in self healing, body balancing, chakra cleansing and balancing, space clearing and aligning the Assemblage Point. Notwithstanding the above, our returns policy on energy products (Water Energisers) is as detailed above with the following proviso: If the ‘energy products’ and/or crystals are returned damaged and deemed unsuitable for use, a partial refund will be appropriated or no refund at all depending upon the damage.
